- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account or data.

Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms

All transactions on 109 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through local mobile banking options such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary over time.
Account verification is required before withdrawals. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended for unverified accounts. Use the same mobile banking number used during registration.
Bonus & Reward Terms
All bonuses and rewards have their own wagering requirements and expiry dates. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet specified conditions first. Canceling a bonus before meeting its conditions will result in forfeiture of that bonus balance.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

109 may suspend or permanently close accounts without notice under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of terms violations or fraud.

- Failure to verify or submission of false information during verification.

Liability & Applicable Law
109 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues. The platform aims to operate as continuously as possible, but services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or unexpected events.
